I am trying to change my playerlogo.png in my control panel, permission is set at 0644 and will not let me change it, nor will it allow me to upload my new logo? It appears I need to change permissions before I can do this, but it will not accept any new permissions? any help?

does the images folder exist? it's not in my installation.
