sorry to open another thread for my problem, but I want to make things straight and clear here.
My website
www.rcholic.net is on a VPS server that I have root access to. I'm 100% sure FFMPEG, Mencoder, mplayer, Lame, FAAC, FAAD, X264, and libxvid, etc are all installed on the server successfully. The converters work very well with my other video conversion script like clip bucket, jomsocial (JS).
To see the converted by jomsocial on my website here
www.rcholic.net/jomsocial/videos.html
I simply don't know how to make the JVD converter work for me. The uploaded videos (in the wmv format) just keep showing 'queue' status at the backend of JVD. Anyone has similar problem to mine? please share your solutions....
If a subscription to JVD's server can help solve this issue, I would be happy to subscribe. But I think this should be within the scope of a working open-source product, right? The reason I want to choose JVD over the JS video section is JVD has edges that I like a lot.
I'm using JVD 1.1 rcb by the way
